The Venezuelan Head of State, Nicolás Maduro, met yesterday night with the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), Karim Khan, who is visiting Caracas to address issues related to Human Rights in that country and mutual cooperation agreements between both parties.
The meeting took place at the Miraflores Palace, the seat of the Venezuelan Government, and is part of the intention of both parties to strengthen the principle of "positive complementarity" established in the Rome Statute.
