Brazil: Renowned newspaper accuses Lula of using the Landless Movement for revenge and deceived the country

An editorial published by the newspaper O Estado de S. Paulo (Estadão), on Tuesday, 16, accuses President Lula of using the Landless Rural Workers Movement (MST) as an instrument of vendetta "against a Brazil that doesn't let itself be taken by his sweet-talk."

The newspaper criticized the IV National Agrarian Reform Fair, held in the city of São Paulo between May 11 and 14, which had the explicit support of the Executive Branch.
