Almirante Gonçalves, 50, in Copacabana — barely wider than a doorway, barely big enough for eight people inside, but its sidewalk becomes an open-air concert hall on most evenings. Founded by Alfredinho in the 1960s, Bip Bip has no stage, no PA system, no cover charge.
