New Social Network Boosts Brazil’s Real Estate Market

On August 27th, a day dedicated to real estate agents in Brazil, a new social network called Buy & Rent Now (CAA) was launched.

Its main goal is to elevate real estate agents in the industry.

Just one month after the launch, the platform’s user base expanded by 130%, reaching over 3,300 members from various regions of Brazil.

To celebrate this rapid growth, CAA plans to host a Halloween event in São Paulo on October 26th.

This special event is not just a party; it’s a networking opportunity. Real estate agents and property owners will be invited.

Attendees can enjoy fun activities, themed decorations, and even artistic makeup. This gathering allows professionals to relax, connect with others, and strengthen their networks.

The co-CEO of CAA, Ana Carolina Gozzi, helped create the platform with her father and uncle.

Both have over 40 years of experience in real estate.

Ana Carolina believes their first-hand knowledge has helped shape a tool that addresses the challenges and opportunities in real estate.

One of the platform’s features aims to speed up property sales in Brazil. Normally, it takes about 16 months to sell a property in the country.

CAA seeks to make this process quicker and more efficient.

The platform stands out because it does not take any commission from sales, allowing agents to keep 100% of their earnings.

CAA offers multiple subscription options. Until December, joining the platform is free.

The platform is also unique because it combines features usually found on LinkedIn and GetNinjas.

Virtual Assistant

Additionally, it has a specialized virtual assistant named Iago, who provides support in real estate matters.

The network has four main groups it serves. These are real estate agents, property owners, and those looking to buy or rent homes.

Even porters and day laborers can join the platform to offer their services and earn extra income.

CAA has already started to reward its users. Some have won trips to sports events and other special outings.

Plans are also underway to expand the service across Brazil by 2025.

Overall, CAA is emerging as a game-changing tool that benefits real estate professionals and property owners alike.
