RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The FipeZap Residential Rental Index, which follows the average rental price of residential properties in 25 cities in Brazil, ended December 2021 with a monthly increase of 0.80% - the sixth consecutive in the index. With the latest results, the index accumulated a high of 3.87% in the year.
