FIFA publishes world ranking, Brazil continues in first place

Brazil continues to lead FIFA’s world soccer ranking.

On Thursday, August 25, the entity released the new partial ranking, which had no changes in the top 20.

Belgium and Argentina close the top 3.

The main changes were the rises of Botswana (146th) and Mauritania (107th), which rose three positions each.

  1. Brazil – 1,837 points
  2. Belgium – 1,821 points
  3. Argentina – 1,770 points
  4. France – 1,764 points
  5. England – 1,737 points
  6. Spain – 1,716 points
  7. Italy – 1,713 points
  8. Netherlands – 1,679 points
  9. Portugal – 1,678 points
  10. Denmark – 1,665 points
