RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – Brazil’s vice president Hamilton Mourão said on Friday, November 13th, that Joe Biden’s victory in the U.S. presidential elections was “becoming more and more irreversible”.
Democrat Biden cemented his victory in the November 3rd election by capturing the battleground state of Arizona late on Thursday, but the official transition to his administration remains stalled as President Donald Trump refuses to accept defeat.
In an interview with Radio Gaucha, Mourao said he would wait to see what initiatives the next U.S. president pursues when he takes office.
