RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – On Saturday morning, May 2nd, Moro gave his deposition. The ex-Minister of Justice prepared a file with the history of 15 months’ of WhatsApp conversations to prove the allegations of interference by Jair Bolsonaro in the command of the Federal Police.
Moro is said to have recorded in his WhatsApp audios, conversations, links, and pictures exchanged with Bolsonaro and organized a voluntary collection to be handed over during his deposition, which took place at the Federal Police headquarters in Curitiba.
Federal Prosecutor General Augusto Aras, who was annoyed by Moro’s interview with Veja and took over Bolsonaro’s defense, assigned three prosecutors to follow the hearing: João Paulo Lordelo Guimarães Tavares, Antonio Morimoto, and Hebert Reis Mesquita.
