Among the highlights was the guided tour at the MASP, founded in 1968. The initiative included topics such as the history of the building on Avenida Paulista, trivia about the building’s different areas and the various meanings of the museum’s project, an icon in the city.

The Moreira Sales Institute (IMS Paulista) featured the event ‘Um Desenho para a Avenida Paulista’ (“A Drawing for Paulista Avenue”), the production of observation drawings developed by the artist Paulo Von Poser, which involved the public – adults and children from the age of six years onwards.

Japan House São Paulo, in celebration of the avenue’s anniversary, and based on the work of artist Chiharu Shiota, invited visitors to share their memories of the place in an action that resulted in a picture of memories connected by red threads symbolizing meetings and connections between stories and people.
