‘”Lula da Silva forgot to mention that Bolsonaro rebuilt Brazil” – PL leader

The president of the Brazilian Liberal Party (PL), Valdemar Costa Neto, recorded a video for supporters of the acronym in which he mentions that President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva forgot that former President Jair Bolsonaro rebuilt Brazil.

“Lula [da Silva] spoke of rebuilding Brazil, but he did not say what the whole world applauded: the capacity for rebuilding Brazil demonstrated by the Bolsonaro government, achieving, for the first time in history, inflation lower than that of Germany, the United States and England,” declared Neto in the recording.

The president of the PL still used the expression “Lula [da Silva] forgot”, when he emphasized that the president did not say that Brazil generated more jobs than the richest countries during the government of former president Jair Bolsonaro.

Neto also attributed the mark of 33 million people going hungry in Brazil to the covid-19 pandemic and said that the number had dropped to less than 10 million, due to Auxílio Brasil. Finally, he said that Brazilians owe Bolsonaro the pride of the colors of the flag and of Brazil.
