The new phase was announced on Thursday, October 1st, by the Rio City Hall. “Regarding bars and restaurants, we will maintain some restrictions, live music will be allowed, but no dance floor,” Graça said. Self-service is still prohibited.

Still according to Graça, tents, circus, and cultural events are allowed, “with the fulfillment of the golden rules, without exceeding the rule of 4m² per person”.
