RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – According to the press agent for the singer of the hit song “Jenifer”, Gabriel Diniz was on board the airplane that crashed going from Feira de Santana (BA) to Sergipe.
The plane went down on the afternoon of Monday, May 27, in a mangrove region on the coast of Sergipe.
The Sertanejo singer stood out during Carnaval this year with the song “Jenifer”. The singer’s press agent said that he was on the aircraft, but, as of yet, none of the victims has been identified.
At the scene of the accident, photos and documents of Gabriel Diniz were found. According to reports, three people were found dead after the plane crash.
Later in the day, official sources confirmed that Gabriel Diniz had died in the crash.
