RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – If you’re a Harry Potter fan, get ready for great news: The Tatuapé Complex, made up of the Tatuapé Subway station and the Boulevard Tatuapé Subway Mall, in the East Zone of São Paulo, has just announced its Christmas decoration theme this year, and promises to offer a unique experience to lovers of the most famous warlock in the world!
The mall complex has been inspired by iconic settings from the Harry Potter universe and will have theme-based environments inspired by the Hogwarts school of magic. The Harry Potter-inspired Christmas decoration will provide visitors with an unforgettable stroll through the village of Hogsmeade with a stop at stores such as Zonko’s Joke Shop and Honeydukes.
From November 9th to January 7th, the Tatuapé Complex becomes the first shopping mall in Latin America to host the official decoration licensed by Warner Bros, in which its areas will reproduce settings portrayed in the movies: the Harry Potter Christmas.
Fans of the Harry Potter saga will have access to “instagrammable” areas to take pictures alongside the Hogwarts Express, the Quadribol Firebolt Broom and Lord Weasley’s flying car, which Rony and Harry use in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.
In addition, the Boulevard Tatuapé Subway Mall hosts the Official Harry Potter Shop with several licensed products and other incredible attractions from this fantasy universe.
The organization also holds two surprise snow shows a day, followed by a performance by “witches”, who will perform magic in the venue.
The magical universe of Harry Potter created by J.K. Rowling returned to theaters with the Fantastic Beasts franchise and the third saga movie was recently confirmed to be recorded in Brazil. The movie is scheduled to premiere on November 12th, 2021.
As well as the Harry Potter-inspired Christmas decoration, the São Paulo capital also features other must-see Warlock-themed spots, such as the Broken Broom Restaurant.
