Federal Police arrests Brazilian businessman who called hunters, shooters and firearms colletors for demonstrations

The Federal Police arrested on Tuesday night (Dec. 6) the businessman Milton Baldin in front of the Army Headquarters, an area in the Urban Military Sector in Brasilia (DF), where demonstrators remain camped to protest against rigged elections.

The action happened after an order was issued by Minister Alexandre de Moraes, president of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE).

In his decision, Moraes states that the businessman instigated "armed groups to protest in the federal capital," which Baldin's defense contests.

Baldin was sent to the Federal Police superintendence in Brasilia.
