RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – In all, there are 66 floors, and 115 luxury apartments, ranging from 155 to 600 square meters in area, costing on average no less than R$5 million (US$1.25 million).

Now the city on the Santa Catarina coast is certainly moving to become a kind of Brazilian “Dubai”, with enormous buildings by the sea, and a parade of luxury cars in the avenues.
Tallest title should be short-lived
