During the visit of German Chancellor Scholz to Brasilia, Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva proposed the creation of a forum of countries to promote dialogue and the search for peace between Russia and Ukraine.
At a joint press conference at the Planalto Palace, Lula said it is necessary to create a "club of people who want to achieve peace on the planet."
"A club of countries that have to sit at the table with Russia and Ukraine and find peace because the world needs peace. We are in the 21st century, and we are in a war . . .
