RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The city of Joinville, in the North of Santa Catarina, was elected the best of Brazil in a ranking published by IstoÉ Magazine this week.
Besides getting the best ranking among the large cities, the city also won the overall award among the 5,565 municipalities evaluated.
