Brazil’s Anfavea reduces 2021 production estimates to 2.21 million vehicles

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The president of Anfavea, Luiz Carlos de Moraes, said during the presentation of the industry results in September that the entity had to revise downward the estimates for sales, production, and exports for this year due to the semiconductor crisis and logistical problems that automakers face in Brazil.
