Brazil’s Agrogalaxy considering limited offering plan to list shares on B3 exchange

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – Brazil’s Agrogalaxy has resumed its plan to be listed on the B3. It is thinking about conducting a public offering with limited placement volume in Brazil, that is, an IPO aimed only at professional investors that have requested at least US$10 million in investments.

According to the Material Fact published MondayJune  28, Agrogalaxy has already hired Itaú BBA, XP Investimentos, UBS, Banco ABC Brasil, and Banco Safra to coordinate the equity offering.

Agrogalaxy, a marketplace that connects farmers with the universe of agricultural inputs and services, explained that the potentially limited offering is still subject to approvals as well as favorable market conditions.

The agribusiness had halted its IPO in March 2021, citing deteriorating market conditions.

There is no information yet on fundraising or price per share in Agrogalaxy’s limited offering.
