Neymar will be back for the duel against South Korea, on Monday (5), at 4 pm (Brasília), at the 974 stadia, in the round of 16 of the World Cup in Qatar.

The good news for the five-time champion came on the same day that left-back Alex Telles and striker Gabriel Jesus were ruled out of the tournament due to injuries sustained in the 1-0 loss to Cameroon on Friday.

The PSG player had not attended the team’s training complex in Qatar since suffering a right ankle ligament injury in the opening game against Serbia.

Finally, with the mission to recover the sensation of playing in the round of 16, the striker participated in light training with the players who were not starters against Cameroon.

In images released by the Brazilian Football Confederation, Neymar did individual exercises, kicked the ball with both feet, and showed no signs of injury.
