RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – In a Paraná Pesquisas survey released on June 14, President Jair Bolsonaro (Liberal Party – PL) leads voting intentions in Santa Catarina state, with 45.1%.
He is ahead of former president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (Workers’ Party – PT), who appears with 29%.
Here are the voting intentions of the other candidates:
- Ciro Gomes (PDT) – 6.2%;
- Vera Lúcia (PSTU) – 1.6%;
- Simone Tebet (MDB) – 1.4%;
- André Janones (Avante) – 0.9%;
- Pablo Marçal (Pros) – 0.6%;
- Felipe D’Avila (Novo) – 0.5%;
- Luciano Bivar (União Brasil) – 0.3%;
- Eymael (DC) – 0.2%;
- None, Blank, Null – 8.8%;
- Don’t know, no answer – 5.5%.
METHODOLOGY
The survey heard 1,540 voters from June 9 to 13 in the state of Santa Catarina.
The margin of error is 2.5% plus or minus in a 95% confidence interval.
