RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – The Minister said she was briefed by Petrobras’ CEO Joaquim Silva e Luna and Mines and Energy Minister Bento Albuquerque on the deal for the sale of the UFN3 plant.
Tereza Cristina did not provide a figure for the deal, but she said this should be among the topics of President Jair Bolsonaro’s official trip to Russia between February 14 and 17.
A source familiar with the matter said that “negotiations are advanced” with Acron. “But there is still work being done by company’s management and board of directors before the announcement is released to the market.”
