RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – Created in Barcelona 20 years ago, Primavera Sound is an urban festival that has always stood out for its lineup’s extreme quality and its extensive involvement with the local community of each city where it takes place. It will arrive in Buenos Aires for the first time, from November 7 to 13, 2022.
The festival will sound in every corner of the Buenos Aires capital, with shows in the city’s most iconic places during that week, with Parque de Los Niños as its epicenter. Tickets will be on sale soon at AllAccess.

PRIMAVERA SOUND, A FESTIVAL WITH A DISRUPTIVE SPIRIT
Whatever the coordinates where it is held, the disruptive and innovative spirit nurtured by the Barcelona festival for 19 editions remains intact as it was two decades ago.
The new urban festival concept co-produced by DF Entertainment will seek to integrate with its surroundings to enrich the cultural ecosystem of Buenos Aires. To achieve this, it will spread its activity among various venues in the city during the week and move its program to the Parque de los Niños on the weekend.
It is the first time Primavera Sound has arrived on this side of the Atlantic after having confirmed stops in Los Angeles and Santiago de Chile. The three dates in American territory, added to the festivals of Barcelona and Porto, continue to complete a musical journey that in 2022 will connect some of the main cities of the planet to understand what is happening in today’s music from the unmistakable Primavera prism.
With this new transoceanic journey, Primavera Sound will export the fundamental pillars that distinguish it: sustainability, gender equality, social commitment, and urban integration. Unwavering values guarantee that the impact of Primavera Sound as a community of international scope goes beyond the strictly musical.
