RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – Wednesday, May 19, Taurus will launch its new GX4 pistol concurrently in Brazil and in the United States, prioritizing the Brazilian market.
According to the company, the new gun will serve a market niche unprecedented for Taurus, the micro-compact segment, thereby enabling the company to increase its market share, which is part of the company’s strategy to become number one in the world in the production of light weapons.
“Taurus’ micro-compact pistol features among its differentials a shorter length than its competitors, but with the same barrel to preserve precision,” it reported.
As a result, the company is expanding its G series line, made up of pistols with a highly resistant polymer frame, which includes one of the best-selling guns in the United States, the Taurus G2c.
