RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – The Brazilian team fell one position in the world men’s ranking of the International Football Federation (FIFA) and is now in third position.
According to the list, released yesterday, September 19th, Belgium remains at the top and France rose to second place.
The other teams in the Top 10 are England (4th), Portugal (5th), Uruguay (6th), Spain (7th), Croatia (8th), Colombia (9th) and Argentina (10th).
The greatest rise between August and September was achieved by the Caribbean team of Granada, which climbed 13 positions to 160th place.
The largest declines occurred with Nicaragua and Eswatini (former Swaziland), dropping 11 positions. Nicaragua is in 148th place and Eswatini in 150th.
