The facade of the embassy was splattered with red paint and slogans such as “Not Him,” a slogan used against Bolsonaro in the 2018 elections, “No More Indigenous Blood,” and “For The Wild.”

The police were called to the scene and arrested the activists. The group told Reuters that the act aimed to challenge the Brazilian government over state-sanctioned human rights abuses.
