Police Seize More Than Three Tons of Explosive Material

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – The police seized more than three tons of explosive material, in addition to equipment that assists in the manufacture of explosives in Acarape, in the interior of Ceará, this Saturday (4th). There were no more details about the seizure.

About five tons of explosives were seized in the periphery of Fortaleza in January of this year. At the time, the police said that the material had been used in criminal attacks in Ceará, which occurred in the same month.
