RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – The American pop-punk band All Time Low will return to Rio de Janeiro to perform live in Saúde’s Sacadura 154 on Saturday, September 12th. Well known for their extensive touring, the band performs year-round and has participated in festivals including the Warped Tour, Soundwave and Reading and Leeds .

Currently touring in support of their sixth studio, Future Hearts, released earlier this year in April, All Time Low will arrive in the Port Zone‘s Sacadura 154 on Saturday thanks in part to Queremos, a Rio based crowdfunded kickstarter, that connects musicians, agents, fans and venues.

“There’s a lot of songs on the record that harken back to the beginnings of our band,” All Time Low’s frontman Alex Gaskarth told Entertainment Weekly when speaking about Future Hearts during an April interview, adding; “the times that we first bought our van and felt like we were kind of escaping Baltimore, getting out on our own, making our own way—the teenage reverie of feeling free.”

The quartet began playing together as teenagers while still in high school, naming their band after a lyric from a song by the American pop-punk band, New Found Glory. Fronted by vocalist and guitarist Alex Gaskarth, All Time Low also consists of guitarist and backing vocalist Jack Barakat, bassist and vocalist Zack Merrick and drummer and percussionist Rian Dawson.

When speaking the band’s reception around the world, Gaskarth told Entertainment Weekly; “Sometimes we go to Brazil or some Southeast Asian countries and the fan bases there—it’s like Beatle mania. It’s wild. You get off the airplane and people are trying to rip your clothes off and stuff (laughs). It’s like one part amazing and awesome and one part terrifying.”

Sacadura 154’s doors will open at 10PM on Saturday and Crush, the Party! will take place both before and after the All Time Low Show.
