The team will host an event featuring giant screens in the Maracanã Stadium for broadcasting the final match against River Plate. The announcement was published by the newspaper ‘O Dia’ and confirmed by the report of GloboEsporte.com.

The club requested the authorization of CONMEBOL, got the endorsement and settled all the terms with the organization. The board works together with a company to establish the details, close public space, the price of tickets and other attractions.

The Libertadores’ final decision, in a single match, resembled a soap opera. Initially scheduled for Santiago, the venue was changed due to the time of instability and protests in Chile. After choosing Lima, Peru, Flamengo set the schedule and will leave for the Peruvian capital on November 20th.
