Flamengo is Brazilian Sports Club With Highest Interaction on Social Media

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – In addition to the countless triumphs on the ground last season, Brazilian soccer club Flamengo has just won another major title in 2020, only this time off the pitch.

The club’s official YouTube channel was the most watched in March, with 16.8 million views, more than five times higher than São Paulo, which had 3.3 million views on its channel.

Santos came third (2.4 million), followed by Palmeiras (2.14 million) and Vasco da Gama (2.13 million). Flamengo’s children’s channel, ‘Flamiguinhos’, ranked eighth with 1.17 million views.

In addition, Flamengo ranked first in the number of interactions on the main social media, such as Twitter (6.3 million), Instagram (44.5 million), Facebook (5.15 million) and Tik Tok (1.19 million).

The unprecedented survey was conducted by the Social Blade website, which specializes in social media analysis.
