Four places in São Paulo City where the square meter exceeds US$13,000

Some of Brazil’s most luxurious properties are located in São Paulo. Many are located close to the city’s main clubs and parks.

They are disputed superstructures in which the square meter can reach the value of R$70,000 (US$13,145).

That is what a survey by the real estate boutique MBRAS points out.

The scarcity of such structures in these areas contributes to the high price level.

They are places where it is possible to have a better quality of life and outdoor activities without facing the city’s traffic.

See below four points of the city that have the most valued outskirts:

PINHEIROS CLUB / PARQUE DO POVO (“PEOPLE’S PARK”)

Square meter value: R$70,000

The region of the Jardim Europa neighborhood has leisure options, such as Parque do Povo and Iguatemi Shopping Mall.

It is also connected to Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima, a financial and commercial center. The main entrance is on Rua Tucumã, where values reach over R$70,000 a square meter.

IBIRAPUERA PARK

Square meter value: R$60,000

With several architectural landmarks by Oscar Niemeyer and a green area of 1.5 million square meters, the park has a cultural circuit composed of museums and auditoriums.

The highlight is the buildings on Rua Curitiba, which overlook the park’s lake and have prices that reach R$60,000 per square meter.

BRUNO COVAS LINEAR PARK

Square meter value: R$45,000

On the banks of the Pinheiros River, the urban linear park has a bike lane and hosts sports and cultural events.

At the Usina São Paulo project, residents have the most spectacular views of the São Paulo capital.

In this region, the values already reach an average of R$45,000 per square meter.

PAULISTANO CLUB

Square meter value: R$55,000

The region includes parks, museums, commercial and residential buildings, restaurants, stores, clubs, and bohemian life.

It is also near São Paulo’s financial and commercial center, Avenida Paulista.

Prices around the Paulistano Club are around R$55,000 per square meter.
