The Justice of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), Alexandre de Moraes, determined the removal of the governor of the Federal District (DF), Ibaneis Rocha (MDB), from his office.
That is, Moraes was not provoked by investigative bodies or even by parliamentarians.
This is the 1st time that a magistrate removes a state chief executive from office without a request to that effect.
Alexandre de Moraes removed Ibaneis from office last Sunday (08), hours after demonstrators invaded and vandalized the headquarters of the Three Powers.
