Wednesday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – The Galeria Café is the spot to be on Wednesday night as the hit weekly party X-Tudo kicks off the release of Wanessa’s DNA tour.

Wanessa is a Brazilian pop singer and songwriter, daughter of Brazilian country singer Zezé Di Camargo from the duo Zezé Di Camargo & Luciano. She released her first album in 2000 on Sony Records and earned much respect and adoration from her fans. In 2009, she released her first single in English, titled “Fly” which featured American rapper Ja Rule. The song was played throughout Brazil and was nominated for “hit of the year” by the MTV Video Music Brazil Awards. Her newest album “DNA” was released in 2011 and will headline for her new tour which kicks off tonight at Galeria Café.
