feelleblonTuesday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Billed by organizers, as “The Best Tuesday Party,” the weekly Feel Leblon event is back at Club Sette in Leblon tonight.

The venue features a bar and lounge on the first floor and during the Feel Leblon parties, DJs spin the best of house, pop, reggaeton, hip-hop, funk and more in the club area on the second floor.

During the night, promotions include free caipirinhas until midnight and two for one beer all night long.

This party is definitely living up to its promise as a great Tuesday night party as it continues to weekly bring together exchange students and locals for a great night out.

Matriz Live Sessions with Rotativos and Menores Atos (Botafogo)
Spotlighting up-and-coming rock bands and adding some life to typically less than lively Tuesday nights in Rio, the ‘Matriz Live Sessions,’ event is back at Casa da Matriz in Botafogo tonight with bands Rotativos and Menores Atos performing live.

Feel Leblon (Leblon)
The weekly Feel Leblon party is back at Sette Leblon bar and lounge tonight. Promotions include all you can drink caipirinhas until midnight and two for one beers for R$15 all night long. During the event, DJs will spin the best of world music, funk, trap, reggaeton, house, pop and hip-hop.

Bem Brasil – The Rio Hostels Party (Gávea)
The Bem Brasil party returns to 00 (Zero Zero) tonight with DJs JR Mahr and Haron Dufau spinning the best of Latin rhythms, reggaeton, cumbia, kuduro, and hip hop. Promotions include free caipirinhas from 11PM until midnight. This weekly party is always a great opportunity to mix and mingle with visitors to the city, locals and expats in one of the chicest venues in Rio.

Késia Estácio (Lapa)
Tonight singer Késia Estácio returns to perform live at Carioca da Gema in Lapa. Citing influences including Elis Regina, Djavan, and Chico Buarque, among others, the singer will perform the best of MPB, samba, soul and pop tonight.

Jazz Leviano (Lapa)
Every Tuesday the Leviano bar in Lapa is opening its doors for free jazz nights. The group, Joaquim Jazz will perform live tonight and Rádio Rua will spin during breaks.

Turma do Estácio and Luiza Dionísio (Centro)
At 7:30PM, singer Luiza Dionísio will start off the night at Rio Scenarium with the best of samba, including her reinterpretations of works by Wilson Morreira and Luiz Carlos da Vila. The group Turma do Estácio will follow at 11PM with more samba and their reinteroretations of works by Paulinho da Viola and Martinho da Vila.

Language Exchange – Lapa Irish Pub (Lapa)
Tonight at Lapa Irish Pub, it’s time again for the Portuguese/English Language Exchange. Set up like speed dating, native English speakers will be paired with native Portuguese speaker at tables. The pairs will then speak English for five minutes followed by Portuguese for five minutes. After those ten minutes, each speaker will move on to a new table and conversation partner. It’s both a fun and educational night and the R$10 entrance cost includes free food. Ffollowing the Language Exchange tonight, Helo Tenorio & Convida Trio will perform the best of jazz live with very special guest Rafael Baldi Siano .

Lord Jim’s Pub is the oldest pub in Rio and its well known for live music and promotional specials. During Happy Hours (6PM to 8PM) on Mondays through Fridays, the pub offers two for one draft beer. This is also a great place to watch live sports.

Mab’s Restaurant and Bar (Copacabana)
This American-owned restaurant and bar on Copacabana Beach is a great place for food, drinks and entertainment. Every night, Tony Boka is performing live from 8PM until midnight. Boka is known for his varied repertoire that always pleases the crowd.

Shenanigan’s (Ipanema)
With classic pub games like darts and pool, Ipanema’s Shenanigan’s is always a great spot to visit. Happy Hour is dose dupla (two for one) on Mondays through Fridays 6PM-8PM. Additionally, tacos are half-price on Tuesdays. This is another great place to watch live streaming sports.
