Thursday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – It’s time for the very best of trap, twerk, bass, deep house and techno as the Porn party returns to Fosfobox in Copacabana tonight.
Bernardo De Marsillac Romeiro Neto will serve as Master of Ceremonies and DJs Erik Skratch, Nobru Black, WC Beats, and Rodrigo S Pinheiro will spin in the subsolo (basement) while Vincente Amadeo will spin above at the Fosfobar.
The first one hundred women to arrive will receive a free shot of tequila and Street Burguerz will provide food during the night.
While it is only the second edition of the party, there is a growing buzz about it. If booming bass is your thing, this is the place to be tonight.

Pulsa by Bruno Big (Ipanema)
Tonight the Pulsa exhibition by Brazilian artist and designer Bruno Big will open in Ipanema’s Galeria Homegrown. Running through June 21st, the exhibition’s focus is the organ of the heart. It will features more than fifteen works created by various techniques and displayed in varying formats. Big graduated with a degree in visual communication and is a multidisciplinary artsist. He has exhibited multiple times in Rio as well as in Barcelona, Miami and Paris.

May 2015 Happy Hour (Leblon)
Tonight the American Society of Rio de Janeiro (AmSoc Rio) will host their 2015 Happy Hour event in La Calaca gourmet Mexican restaurant in Leblon. Promotions will include buy one, get one free on drinks including La Calaca cocktails and speciality shots. Selected appetizers will be R$10 and all food and drinks not on the Happy Hour menu can be ordered with a 20% discount. Additionally during the event, reservations can be made for the upcoming AmSoc Rio event, America’s Day 2015, which will take place on May 30th.
