Sunday’s Rio Nightlife Pick: Trick-or-treat at the Gringo Café’s spooky Halloween party from 3-5PM.   Watching your little munsters decorate cookies and carve pumpkins will almost make you forget how you seriously considered flying home today to make it in time for America’s best holiday tomorrow.  The International Club of Rio de Janeiro (InC) co-hosts.
