Sunday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Projeto Raizes is on once again at the beautiful Casa Rosa in Laranjeiras. This outstanding Brazilian-themed party has been running with success for some time now, providing attendees with a truly Brazilian experience. Brazilian music and rhythms coupled with their famous feijoada really show the Rio lifestyle.

This week, samba band A Rocha will perform a repertoire of famous samba hits from Noel Rosa, Paulinho da Viola, Dona Ivone Lara, Zeca Pagodinho, Jorge Benjor, Tim Maia, Bebeto, Trio Mocotó and many others. In between sets, DJ Edna will be playing forró.

This lounge-like venue sits on one of the most famous beaches in the world while serving tapas in a gorgeous ambiance overlooking the ocean. Café Del Mar is known for keeping the beaches of Copa alive, even on a Sunday.

FBI- Festival de Bandas Independentes (Glória)
Demanding quality music in Rio de Janeiro, FBI was formed, celebrating music, art and poetry. Warming the party up will be DJ Mateus Ayres followed by bands Trinka, Rijat, Hey Vegas! and more.
