Saturday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – The popular RUN VDG event is leaving Alto Vidigal for the night and heading to the sands of Barra da Tijuca to hold a special beach edition.
DJs Bed and Breakfast, Gustavo Tata, Chester Cave and Jody King will spin the very best of underground house, tech house and deep house. Entry is free if you arrive between 8PM and 10PM.
It’s a good idea to try to arrive early as organizers predict that if tonight is similar to previous editions, full capacity should be reached quickly. This is really one event you don’t want to miss.

01_ expo gravuras 2014 Exhibition (Ipanema)
Today the Homegrown gallery in Ipanema opens 01_ expo gravuras 2014, an exhibition that includes the silkscreens of nine contemporary artists; Bruno Big, Antônio Bokel, Combone, João Lelo, Marina Zumi, Marcelo Macedo, Rafael Uzai, Onio and Bruno BR. Each series of silkscreens will have a limited edition of twenty prints with each print in the series numbered and signed by the artists themselves. The exhibition will run through June 14th.
