Wednesday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Tonight, very speacial guests, rapper Shock, Spliff Rap and Luccas Carlos will join the weekly Breaking Rules party as it returns to the posh nightclub, Miroir.
Additionally during the night, DJs Lorão, Monraga, Rapha Castro, Nicko, and Luciano Roffer will spin the best of rap, hip hop, deep house and trap.
Located by Rio’s Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas, with views of the famous Cristo Redentor, (Christ the Redeemer) statue, Miroir is well-known for attracting an elite and glamorous crowd. Since its opening in 2012, the venue has become a popular Rio nightlife destination.
Miroir recently started to vary its programming more, adding to its well-known house nights, additional hip hop and rap events and live sertanejo nights. For those wanting to check out live hip hop, rap and trap in Rio in an upscale and intimate environment, this is the place to go tonight.

Following last night’s performacne, tonight Sesc Copacabana will once again host Jonas Sá as he presents his new album Blam! Blam!. Tonight O Club Workout (the Workout Club) debuts in Rio’s Cave club in Arpoador. Arriving direct from São Paulo, the event is an aerobic twerk class inspired by pop diva choreography. Taught by Nayane Fernandes of the São Paulo Club Workout, the class will last one hour and entry will be free for all tonight.
