Wednesday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Tonight it’s time to dance yourself into shape as O Club Workout (the Workout Club) returns to Rio’s Cave club in Arpoador.
Returning for its third edition tonight, the Workout Club originated in NYC and arrived in Rio following the success of classes held in São Paulo.
The one hour classes are taught by instructors who studied in NYC and the workout routines are inspired by the choreography of the pop divas.
The fee is R$40 per class and packages of five classes are available for R$180.

The weekly Karaokê Indie party returns to Casa da Matriz tonight with a special edition celebrating the ongoing Rock in Rio festival. As always there will be eight hours of singing and promotions that will include two-for-one specials on five drinks; caipirinha, caipivodka, Hi-fi, Cuba Libre and mojito until midnight. Additionally, shots of Chuva cachça will be distributed throughout the night.
