Wednesday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – The Karaokê Indie party returns to Casa da Matriz in Botafogo tonight with a special St. Patrick’s Day edition.
In addition to eight hours of singing, green beer will be distributed from the stage; there will be green hats distributed throughout the night; and golden chocolate coins will be scattered throughout the venue.
Promotions will include buy three get the fourth free specials on Heineken all night; two-for-one specials on caipirinhas and frozens until 12AM; and Cosmopolitans for R$15 each all night.

Audio Rebel Convida Curated by Chico Dub (Botafogo)
Tonight Audio Rebel in Botafogo will host the third of seven nights of the debut edition of Audio Rebel Convida. Curated by cultural producer Chico Dub, the series features performances of contemporary music, free improvisation, sound installations, dance performances and a discussion with Brazilian and international artists. Tonight improvisational duo, Beam Splitter with Norwegian musician Henrik Munkeby Nørstebø and Chinese-American musician Audrey Chen will perform. Additionally playing during the night will be Swiss improvisational musician Thomas Rohrer.
