Wednesday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – It’s the new year and the Cave club in Arpoador is all about self improvement and starting 2016 in the best and freshest ways possible.
First tonight from 8PM to 9PM, the venue will host a free edition of the O Club Workout (the Workout Club), an aerobic twerk class inspired by pop diva choreography that originated in NYC and arrived in Rio following the success of classes in São Paulo.
Following the free class, CAVE will host the Renew party beginning at 11PM. There will be welcome shots of tequila; special gifts will be distributed and the venue will have special decorations for the night.
DJs Raphael De Luca, K-A-Z, and Jopabral will spin the best of hip hop, funk, trap, and more throughout the night.

Tonight Sette Leblon will host a new edition of Quarta Sertaneja a Original. The event tonight will feature live performances by Ugo & Bruno plus Universitário karaoke with Rick Lima and DJ Paulinho spinning the best of house, hip hop, and funk. Promotions will include two-for-one specials on beer until 12AM.

The O Club Workout (the Workout Club) returns to Rio’s Cave club in Arpoador tonight with a special free edition to help those interested see what the classes are like. The Club Workout originated in NYC and arrived in Rio following the success of classes in São Paulo. The event is an aerobic twerk class inspired by pop diva choreography. The class will last approximately one hour.
