Samba do Xoxó @ Samba das Laranjeiras (Laranjeiras) – From the producers of traditional Samba dos Guimarães, Samba and Feijoada from Casa Rosa, Sambinha do Corcovado, Samba da Lagoa, Sunset Samba and now the Samba Das Laranjeiras!

Under the blessing of Mother Nature, at the feet of the native trees, dogs, canaries, all along with Samba do Xoxó will hum the most beautiful verses of samba. Live music from Samba do Xoxó and then musical interludes courtesy of DJ Mary Dee.

Tickets are between R$20-R$30 and the music starts at 5PM.

PARTY:
DNA Halloween edition @ Barzin Rio Live (Ipanema) – This Halloween weekend DNA transforms into the great Bran Castle, the home of Count Dracula, for the most horrifying Halloween party in Rio de Janeiro.

A night of luxury and a lot of terror guaranteed. With themed decoration, distribution of sweets, shots and special guests to boot. Plus, organizers ‘Scruff’ have prepared a surprise that will drive everyone crazy.

Whoever comes dressed in Halloween style pays the lowest price all night and can also win a prize. Playing in the lounge will be DJ Guilherme St. Then on the dancefloor there’ll be sets by DJ Vitoria Blaq, DJ Fernando Castilho, DJ Felipe Vian, DJ Afonso Feijó, and DJ Lucas Dutra.

Tickets are between R$20-R$60 and the night will kick off at around 9PM.

El Miraculoso SambaJazz @ Praia Vermelha (Urca) – This is a free event for everyone to attend at the beautiful Praia Vermelha in Urca.

Due to the elections it’s a special themed event of democracy against fascism, promoting the dissemination of peace, love and friendship!

El Miraculoso SambaJazz are a great group of musicians specializing in inventive reinterpretations of Brazilian classics. They are, on guitar: Jefferson Moreira; on drums: Gabriel Barbosa; on bass: Marcos Luz; on trumpet: Henrique Vaz.

The music should start at around 5PM.
