Weather permitting, the group El Miraculoso Samba Jazz will return to perform live at Urca’s Praia Vermelha today. Consisting of Henrique Vaz on trumpet; Marcos Luz on bass; Gabriel Barbosa on drums; and Jefferson Moreira on guitar, the quartet are known for great live performances. Today from 12PM to 10PM, the Mercado Mundo Mix event will continue at Fundição Progresso with art exhibitions, independent publications, food trucks, workshops, fashion vendors, and live music. Providing entertainment will be the Quinteto de Metais da Orquestra Petrobras Sinfônica, beginning at 2:30PM and 4PM.
