Saturday’s Rio Nightlife Pick –Tonight, iconic English rock band The Rolling Stones will return to Rio de Janeiro to perform live at Maracanã Stadium.
The group is stopping in Rio as part of the ongoing ‘America Latina Olé’ stadium tour, a follow-up to their successful 2015 North American stadium, ‘ZIP CODE’ tour.
During the show, fans can expect to hear many well-known hits including “Brown Sugar”, “Jumpin’ Jack Flash”, “Midnight Rambler”, “Paint it Black”, “You Can’t Always Get What You Want”, “Miss You”, “(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction”, “It’s Only Rock ‘n’ Roll (But I Like It)”, “Gimme Shelter”, “Sympathy for the Devil”, and more.
Ultraje a Rigor will perform to open the night. Gates will open to public at 4PM and The Rolling Stones show is scheduled to begin at approximately 9:30 PM.

Free jazz Drummer and percussionist Paal Nilssen-Love returns to Audio Rebel in Botafogo tonight to perform the second of three shows at the venue this month. Tonight he will be joined by guitarist Eduardo Manso, bassist Felipe Zenícola and Arthur Lacerda. Following the performance tonight, Nilssen-Love will present a workshop on the 22nd and then perform for a third time on the 25th with guests including Arto Lindsay and Luís Filipe de Lima.
