Samba nas Ruínas @ Parque das Ruínas (Santa Teresa) – At one of the most beautiful locations in Rio de Janeiro, there will be a ‘roda da samba’ (samba circle) that promises to be a highlight of the 2019 summer season in Rio de Janeiro.
The samba group for today are Efun Oguedê Group.

Matriz Open Bar @ Casa da Matriz (Botafogo) – The Matriz Open Bar arrives for its fourteenth edition featuring an open bar of Amstel beer, gin and tonics, caipirinhas, caipivodkas, soft drinks and water all night long. Plus, there will be one fifty-liter barrel of artisan chopp.
On the first dancefloor will be Guilherme Schineider, formerly known as Krito, O Cavalo, who will play all the best rocking tunes. Then, from 2AM DJ Iggor Arehnds comes to play a soundtrack devoted to teenage nostalgia. On the second dancefloor will be DJ trendsetter Lali Moss with a set of the best pop. Plus, DJ Luana Paiva, a creator of Casa da Matriz will bring that funky carioca balance to get everyone twerking.

1º Festival Ganjah @ Ganjah Lapa (Lapa) – This Friday, Ganjah Lapa will be continuing their first anniversary celebrations with a special concert from MV Bill plus support from Kmila CDD.
DJ Fabio Broa will be kicking things off and he will be joined by Dom Negrone to keep the tunes pumping into the early hours.
Tickets are between R$15-R$20 and the night begins at 9PM.

Winehouse (Botafogo)
Winehouse is a wine bar run by a British expat that has brought an eclectic range of wines to Rio including a mix of fabulous national wines and international favorites. There is also a great selection of nibbles and cheese boards. For those that aren’t too keen on wine, there is plenty of beer and cocktail options too. Happy hour begins at 5PM and finishes at 8PM.
