Friday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Tonight, the American group Postmodern Jukebox performs in Rio de Janeiro for the first time. The show takes place at Vivo Rio, at 9PM.
Created in 2011 by American piano player and musical producer Scott Bradlee, the group is famous worldwide for its vintage renditions of contemporary pop hits.
The show promises to bring sophisticated jazz, ragtime, doo-wop, rhythm ’n’ blues and swing versions of songs like Radiohead’s “Creep”, Meghan Trainor’s “All about the bass”, among many others.
