Monday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Tonight at Leviano bar in Lapa it’s time to dance as Digitaldubs presents the Dancehall Business event.
Taking place on the second floor of the venue with special guests Mistah P and Ambassdor, Digitaldubs will present the very best of dancehall, a reggae style that originated in the 70s as a form of Jamaican popular music.
Additionally on the first floor during the night, the Lunes Sessions will return with Mario Bróder, the vocalist for the band Clandestinos, performing live.

Tonight Fosfobox in Copacabana continues to celebrate its 11th anniversary by hosting the Fosfo Avançado party. DJs Marcelo Frota, Manara, Holanda, Bruno Queiroz, Leo Janeiro, Marcelo Abreu, Márcio Careca, João Paulo, Pedro Piu, Renato Bastos, Nana Torres, Ricardo Estrella, Zuim, Torha, Fella, and Benaion will spin the best of techno, house, indie dance and nudisco until 8AM in the subsolo (basement) while Joca Vidal, Toledo, Sean and Caio Busetti spin above at the Fosfobar until 5AM.

You Only Live Once (Botafogo)
The You Only Live Once (YOLO) party returns to Casa da Matriz for a special holiday edition tonight. To celebrate, five hundred jello shots of various colors and flavors will be distributed throughout the party. DJs Pillar Garce, Ivy Nascimento, and Larissa Conforto will spin the best of indie and rock on the YOLO stage on the first floor while on the second floor there will be drinking games and DJs Suirá Abrahin and Andrea Mater will spin.

Wallpaper with Ludmilla (Saúde)
Tonight The Week in Saúde will host the Wallpaper party with very special guest, singer Ludmilla. Additionally during the night, DJs Felipe Mar, Daddy Kall, Caio Bucker, Diego Valente and Avena will spin. Opening tonight will be the musicai group, “Baphônicas” with Ravena Creole, Chloe Van Damme and Natasha Fierce.

Rio Boat Club (Marina da Glória)
A two-story boat turns into a nightclub complete with top DJs and a happy hour with two for one drinks for men and free drinks for women before midnight. Once the cruise starts, there are some amazing views to take in as the boat travels around Guanabara Bay.

For more dancing and singing, head to Lapa’s Carioca da Gema tonight. The venue will come alive at 7:30PM with singer Inácio Rios starting off the night. Then at 9:30PM it’s time for three hours of live samba provided by vocalist Rixxa accompanied by brilliant percussionists and members of the Zeca Pagodinho band.
