Friday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Brazilian Wax comes through full force tonight as they drop a killer roster of DJs and live acts at Fosfobox in Copacabana. Fusing all the elements of music, art and bass culture, this eclectic night should leave you in awe, as famed DJ and producer Casey Spooner from the popular electropop duo Fischerspooner makes a rare appearance in Rio.
Formed in 1998 in New York City, Fischerspooner have been compared to Kraftwerk, Pet Shop Boys and Gary Numan. With over 10 singles, 3 Albums and an array of music videos, Fischerspooner has gained global notoriety and fame. He will be accompanied by Roots Rock Revolution and local, Pedro Piu and more.
