Friday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Tonight Casa da Matriz will celebrate the American way as it hosts the American Party.
Get ready for the best of pop-punk, indie, rock, pop, hip hop, trap, twerk and bass as DJs Ana B, Ronney Assad and Bruno Mozka will spin on the first floor.
Additionally, DJs Fabio Bout, João Lyrio and TWO KPZ will spin on the second floor during the night.

Natiruts and The Wailers with Julian Marley (Lapa)
It’s time for the best of reggae as Natiruts and The Wailers with Julian Marley will perform live at Fundição Progresso in Lapa. Tonight will be the first of their back-to-back shows at the venue this weekend. A legendary Jamaican reggae band, The Wailers were created in 1962 by Bob Marley, Peter Tosh and Bunny Wailer. Tonight and tomorrow night, one of Bob Marley’s sons, Julian Marley will perform live with the band. Opening the show will be Natiruts , a popular Brazilian reggae band. For reggae fans, these are two nights not to be missed.
